What contracts does my small business actually need? Most businesses I meet need, at a minimum, a client or service agreement, an operating agreement if they are an LLC, and clear terms with vendors and contractors. If you are not sure where you stand, I would be glad to take a look; my Risk Assessment reviews your contracts and tells you, clearly and kindly, what to fix first.
Can you review a contract someone already sent me? Yes, and please do not sign it feeling uneasy. I review agreements you receive, flag the risky terms clearly, and help you understand what to negotiate before you sign. It is your name on the line, and you deserve to know what you are agreeing to.
My company was formed in another state, but I work in Connecticut. Can you still help? In many cases, yes.
